Did the dealer do the TSB on yours? If all three parts (the vent tube, recirculation line and filter) have been replaced and the roll-over valve on the fule tank works OK, there should be no problem.
Since they did the TSB on mine, never ever have I had even a single instance.
But if they had left say just the original '07 vent filter in, it wouldn't work.
