Sorry but afaik the crd engine is not a free running engine ie. there will be internal damage to valves ,pistons ,head etc, so a tow truck is the only option, how many km's has it done and if over 100,000k did it have the belt replaced, sorry if this has been covered I just came in for a break from packin and had a quick read.
