I got a few different kits to do a 'complete' rebuild, part numbers on rockauto:

Caliper bolts/slide pins: CARLSON Part # H5066
Slide pin boots (does both sides): CARLSON Part # 16122
Piston: RAYBESTOS Part # DPS85392
Piston seal: RAYBESTOS Part # WK1473
