Na not really. Engineer didn't seemed to fussed either (see what he says when he drives it though) and I doubt the blokes in the pits would have much knowledge on the dana axles. The 44 is pretty similar size to the diffs used in the v8 utes and such. I don't really plan to take it off road in this phase and I don't drive like a manic on the streets anymore so the axles will last the couple of months for the in-between phase.

Engineer was only worried about - noise (will be a close one), pollution (close one as well, cats looked a bit see-through), brake test, maybe a swerve test and general inspection which includes getting re-weighed and stamp plates changed as I'm having the back seats permanently removed.
