Thanks for that. Yes would be interested. Hope you don't mind my 2 bobs worth as we are at the same place.
I currently use split cow/double breasted & it do get a bit heavy. Doesn't flex all that well in tight spaces either.
I looked at the ones you posted interest in and reckon that the BXTN9C might lend itself to longer wear periods.
They are all 9 ounce so they should offer protection.
The thing I do like is the fittings available - up to 5XL - you can get room to move with that.
Not sure about the BSX hybrid but it is still 9 ounce.
I also think you need to have the welders collar. Essential for when you need it.
Wonder about the collar on the Blackstallion pigskin although I agree it does look really nice.
