I agree with Greenjk, I've had cheap tools that strip bolts, screws etc. I used to buy throw away tools as I'm a infrequent user. But have recently slowing upgrading over time. If find Stanley stuff a good compromise between affordable and the more expensive stuff like sidchorme snap on.
So now have a set of stanley 160 piece set. They've been sitting in my shed for 3 months before I've had to wield them in anger, but they made repairing a big set of gates to my dads house a lot easier.
The cheap stuff will still do the job, but the better stuff just does it easier.
