Thought I'd double check something with you. Went to a mechanic for my 2006 TJ to get a roadworthy, and he came back with a quote for $1500!
There are a few minor things on there that I could probably do myself to save some coin(e.g. headlight), but wondering what everyone elses thoughts are?
Reckon I should just cough up or get a second opinion?
- Windscreen - $270
- Steering wheel grip - $90
- Damper replacement due to weeping - $200
- Tie Rod End Pitment Arm (not draglink) - $250
- Tie Rod End Tow Adjustment - $250-350
- Engine Oil Leaks (Rocker Gasket) - $180
- Tighten handbrake - $100
