On a good climb it will boil, on a soft climb on a hot day it will boil.
I end up stopping and let it idle until it cools. With all fans running it cools fairly quickly. The radiator is pretty much new so no obstructions there and I do not run an air con, however I am thinking of using the compressor for on board air. The trans cooler is new and clean as I do not run it through the radiator.
I am stumped.
