Default Blown head gasket.
Hey I checked my oil on Sunday and it is pretty milky which leads me to thinking I have a blown head gasket or head the car has always had a overheating issue which no matter what I do I can't fix (car only over heats while doing low revs)
I have also noticed that it uses a bit of coolant so I'm pretty sure it's the head or gasket.

Has anyone changed a hg on these any tips?

Anything else I should look at while I have it apart?
