Same issue as Jimmy, the ARB bars are designed for roller fairleads, which are held in place by 4 bolts that go straight through the bar to the holes that hold the winch to the bar. The hawse fairleads have 2 bolts that sit in the middle that would hit the winch if you drilled new holes in the bar.
The alternative would be to fab up a bracket as Jimmy did, which IMO looks much cleaner.
