One thing I haven't seen mentioned that the limited has is an electric tailgate. Mine is the anniversary model as well and I assume that was one of the extras they threw in - or maybe I was just lucky, dunno. But I so love just pushing the button to open up the back.
As previously said though, with those extras you're planning you will have a great truck.
