Oil in coolant bottle
So found out today there is oil in the coolant surge tank. Leading me to think my kj crd has a cracked head and/or gasket. Can't get it in to a mechanic before christmas. Just wondering if there is any other likely cause of oil to get in the coolant bottle other than cracked head/gasket? Exhaust is clean, engine not overheating but sounds very rough. Any suggestions much appreciated.
