As MM said, they are a sealed unit. No disassembly, no maintenance. Just replace.
I got mine from Rockauto recently. They came with the wheel speed sensors included. It was a very tight fit to get the longer ones I have fitted into them. But I guess it means they are less likely to get water into the tone gear that way.
