I agree with layback , some people seem to think they don't have to check to see if bottle sealed , and or pick them up while still alight , or place them on a downward angle where the fluid can gurgle , the empty canisters should not be chucked on to the fire , nor should canisters be stored on there side when not plugged in. and if you don't ensure that the canister is "locked" in , well of course it will blow.
