For me I like to just take an unknown old rutted dirt track that heads up a hill or the like and hopefully finds you looking across a view of a gorgeous Valley. I have found a few of those tracks around and up on our great dividing range.

I also don't mind the old beach driving although nothing technical just something spectacular about being able to traverse the coast line of a country.
