What's the difference between springs and coils?
or did you mean shocks and coils?

400kg is a decent increase and i'd say about right for a JK with these parts added

That's a big price for $1-1.5k of parts and a few hours fitting labor though
I'd be inclined to install myself and pocket the $5k in case of ever being fined
