Placed an order a week and a half a go, and they've gone ghost on me.

No tracking numbers
And yesterday that mobile number disconnected.
They use polipayment (Aussie post system) which means I can't cancel the transaction either as it isn't PayPal or credit card.
Such a scourge to the jeep community.
What are my options and how long do I have to wait before I can contact consumer affairs or the ACCC?
