Both times I used Truefit Exhaust in Moorabbin - no fuss and properly done. First job cost IIRC around $300 including a new muffler, whilst the second replumb was $200ish as it was pretty tight..

This is a great idea. What was the tank out of? Or did you make or get it made to your spec?
