A turbo 4 is designed to rev.
The auxiliaries will all be rooted before the engine so that fact it needs to rev is negiliable to engine/vehicle life.
Weight is all speculation but pretty much every article suggests aluminium and a reduced weight.
A wrangler never was designed to carry lots of weight.
