I can tolerate - even expected - a few issues with the Jeep. I wouldn't mind so much as long as they could be resolved in a reasonable manner. It's the bullshit no care no responsibility runaround that you get get from the dealership/FCA dream team that's doing the damage to the ownership experience, moreso than the product itself. I like the vehicle, but based on the post-purchase experience I wouldn't recommend one to anybody I know and would think twice before buying another myself. I've got better things to do with my time than make multiple trips to the dealerships for repeated failed repair attempts, or pursuing remedies under consumer affairs because the d1cks at FCA won't take responsibility for their product or their dealer network.
