That all makes sense MM, but from my experience when my JK was under warranty and serviced by the dealership, much was claimed to have been carried out which wasn't. I guess my point was that they want to do the minimum amount they can get away with... I'm surprised they'd go to the effort of doing something if they could avoid it. I am not surprised however, that they screwed the tune of your car!
I too fear taking mine in for the recall. I figure I'll wait plenty of time so the technicians can become proficient at the job, not learn on mine.
