Luckily I had access to the hoist at work for this one
I got a 20 litre drum and cut the top out
and used this to catch the oil
First up loosen the two rear pan bolts (evenly and gradually)
When the oil stops flowing, remove the two rear bolts
then gradually and evenly loosen the two pan centre bolts
until all the fluid has drained away
Loosen and remove the front two pan bolts whilst holding the
pan level with your free hand. Easier said than done because by
now you're covered in transmission fluid, if you're lucky, up
to your elbows
If you're unlucky; up to your armpits
