Yep that's the part and its No. 6 which is broken. Thanks everyone for your assistance. Looks like I have two choices here. Either try a fix myself or replace the whole tank. Can't believe MOPAR doesn't have a replacement part for No. 5... Seems to be pretty common issue too.
[EDIT] - By the way Hayesio where did you get the picture from. I have searched online and still can't find it or the website? Would like to take it and show my Jeep service centre as they couldn't work it out either. Want to try and give them as much info as possible for future.
