Same setup in my '08. The screw on the front is just for left/right aim. The knob under the bonnet is on the back of the electric adjuster.
I often use the knofe blade of my Leatherman tool to turn it. Edge of the blade in the grip lines and then lever it a little at a time, when it is too hard to turn by hand.
