I mean the fan hub pulley, not the viscous fan itself, the big round metal pulley the belt runs on to spin the engine fan. Any penetrating oil will do

Do you know off hand what the approx torque on that tensioner bolt should be
Just hand tightened when I replaced the last time
(Might be worth keeping a spare handy as I suppose they can go at anytime.)
