Old thread however this is the pod camper I modified so it will do what I want.
Started with a light weight Avan weekender and then fitted aircon, new chassis, suspension and bigger tyres plus a far bit of other stuff. Started out with a tare of 355kg and now it is 650kg including 3kva generator and 40L water.
Really happy with how it has turned out
