Default US Class action against FCA - Found guilty of cheating on emissions tests
Does anyone know anything about an Australian class action against FCA for cheating on emissions laws. They have been found guilty in the US and have to pay millions in fines which include payments to owners of 2014, 2015 and 2016 JGC diesel models.
