We are thinking of driving in to the Purnulu National Park in June and staying at the Savannah Lodge for a couple of nights.
The track in is 52 km and said to take 3 hours. We know it's rough, but how bad is it? Worth the effort? My main concern is not so much the roughness but the risk of punctures with only one spare tyre.
What say all ye experienced outback adventurers?
