I feel for you mate im 3 weeks post op for my shoulder after multiple dislocations. torn labrum, tore off my bicep tendon and the surgeon found a piece of bone in there 1cmX2cm.
im just now able to have it out of the sling for short periods but am typing/mousing lefthanded! its HARD!
