I'm running it on Windows 10 without issue, I had to turn of Windows S mode (their security system that prevents any applications not sourced from the Microsoft store from running) but that is a very easy thing to do and Microsoft has their own guide to it.
From memory you need to be careful of what OBD2 connector you use, I played it safe and went with a USB one as many of the Bluetooth ones I've found to be a little finicky with their connections. The one I'm using is linked below (FYI this one also works with FORSCAN if you've got as 90s/00s era Falcon that can be a PITA to scan)
