I haven't seen them before, but looks like just another business/site that wont actually supply a product.
Also pretty-sure the photo of the SRT8-style flare is just the OEM, which are close to impossible to find. The car in the photo has done the rounds for a long time (originally from a guy on a Russian forum I think.).
