Did a run to Bli Bli and back, 1.5 hrs each way mostly 100 and 110kph zone so cruise set to 103 and 113, refuelled at home and the oil burner swallowed 8.4lt/100km, so about normal, but if I'm hooking around the nearest big town it will be upaorund 10 easy.
If your a right foot flat to the floor or lift right off fella, then you will burn heaps of fuel and the bloke who gives it just enough and doesn't stamp and lift will often beat you in a take off, not flogg the box and get better fuel consumption............. around Hervey Bay amongst the plebs I do burn up to 11 easy, seat goes forward a notch and the peddle gets a good tap dance, get into rally mode.................
