I couldn’t imagine leaving the wheels on - there’s a bit to remove like transmission crossmember, un-mount the shock beds from the front wheels, remove track bar and then remove the wheels. Unless you have access to a lift, you will need a couple of decent jacks and HD jack stands high enough to work under.
