Every key fob I've ever had was easy to change battery. Usually two halves are clipped together which can be popped open to reveal the battery. Buy a replacement and swap it in.
Some key fobs may be screwed together.
Make sure you check the battery size before buying the replacement.
I also steer clear of cheap Chianeseum batteries 'cos the key fob is too important.
