Like you @SouthernComfort I aiming to stretch out my current chariot's timeline and have been contemplating swapping out all the rubber bits around the 150-180K mark, not something I look forward to either as it will be me doing it as I doubt I could afford to pay someone.................................... I do like them a lot, when the knockers start their usual taunt I point out while I have owned a Cruiser, a Landy, a Nissan and others, they clam up when i say this is my third GC, the other 2 clocked up nearly 300K with no dramas they usually shut up, especially when I ask how they perform their maintenance..
Discovery's seem to suffer from the same plug and play servicing problems that our Jeeps have like most vehicles nowadays. Mine has about 200K left before I make a decision.
