Add me to the list here :/ (dead 2.7crd ECU)
My car gave the 👻 last night ...with the 🎄on the dash , dead cluster , dead acceleration pedal ( engine started and only idled ...and i could get home 2km away crawling @max 5km/h ).
Took it to a jeep tech that knows electronics (fixes the wg 2.7crd shifter too - TUDOR CIUHAN ) and i found the ECU dead (burned smell inside) , my wiring was suspended as soon as i got this car as it was resting/rubbing on the steering column so it was not the culprit. We think it was a metalic xenon ballast from my fog projectors that discharged some voltage to the body ... i hate when i don't find AN OBVIOUS REASON for such problems ...as i deal with death wobble now , and it' NOT the track bar (JSK with super solid polish DEUTER poly bushings ) ...
