You blokes are following a well worn trail for sure, we have moved thru the tent and swag, off road camper, small expanda van and now a full blown rig with bells and whistles, as we started to creak so our camping gear changed, still off grid 99% of the time and set up is sorted in minutes not hours some some who bugger around like a dog getting settled, long camps by a river are most enjoyable..... sleeping on the ground went out many years ago, in fact even on military exercises I gave that a miss so lets say decades ago.........
