Other than radio and such which will go to default, important stuff like engine is okay...but you could hook a jump start to the jump terminals to keep things, make sure you insulate the battery wires as you remove them or you will have other problems than lost radio settings.... I wouldn't and don't as the chance of arcing something is increased and more trouble than its worth.
