Exact same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago.
My issue was fixed relatively quickly - car towed in on a Tuesday morning & I got it back Thursday afternoon.
Total cost for me was AU$829 parts + AU$840 labour (Adelaide City Jeep).
The Jeep dealer told me this is not an uncommon failure, they don't know why the module fails and that there is no recall action for this issue.
