That's a pretty nice setup, especially your use of vertical space and the storage up high below the roof. Are the rear seats still under there?
I've been planning out something similar for a few future trips where I will be on my own or possibly with my pug as codriver but simple in its design and modular too so it 's easily to remove and install.
So far, I'm planning to put the bed on the driver's side, regardless of the inconvenience of having to fold up the sleeping platform every time I want to drive it. This will allow me to have the fridge on a slide so I can use the space above it for storage and have it on the passenger side so I can use the tailgate table.
Any tips/tricks/advice from building your setup or for a 1 man JKU camping setup?
