Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the recommendation. I tried fasting but I felt bad, so I decided this was not for me. I understood that I had to change my nutrition plan according to my working hours. I'm currently working mostly at night, and of course, I can feel hungry. So, I found a proper meal plan that includes snacks, and follow it (you can find out more here
