I know in regards to getting key fobs reprogrammed a proper locksmith can do it so long as you have the fobs and the jeeps code........... so in a sense they are programming the whole shebang when adding a new key to the system.... mine came with only one fob so I was about to get a new one ordered and checked out the locksmith here when the dealer found my fob and posted it to me.........
