Default Steering rattle

Hey chaps,

I've been out of a Wrangler for a few years, but am about to purchase my 6th Wrangler (5th JK), I'm pulling the trigger on a 2015 Oscar Mike, got lowish Kms, no visible signs of off-road use, is in bloody good condition inside and out, but..... (there's always a but)!! When driving, there is a noticeable vibration, no, it's more of a rattling in the steering, it's hard to describe, but I'll give it a go.

It's not a clunk when turning the wheel, the actual steering motion is smooth as silk, it feels as though a bracket, or bush that holds the steering arm (if that's what it's called) between the steering wheel and wherever it connects to under the car, is loose.

Hopefully that's enough of a description for one of you more mechanically minded jeepers, to identify a possible issue, I'm trying to establish if it's an easy enough fix, or it's a no go?
