Post Big brake upgrade

I think if Im gonna do this, I'm gonna go 'all the way". I'm going to bypass the Jet callipers and go straight to the RAM1500 dual piston caliper. This conversion needs the much rarer Jeep J8 (military vehicle) caliper bracket, part number 68034720AA. This is also the bracket used in the popular Crown upgrade kit for the Wrangler. It's does not cross reference to any other vehicle other than the military version J8.

From;

RAM 1500 Caliper Right: 68157610AA
RAM 1500 Caliper Left: 68157611AA
JEEP J8 Caliper Bracket x2: 68034720AA
Caliper Bracket Bolt (Different than KK Bolt): 6804867AA

From what I can work out, the callipers are from;
CHRYSLER ASPEN 2007-2009
DODGE DAKOTA 2009-2010
DODGE DURANGO 2007-2009
DODGE RAM 1500 PICKUP 2009-2010
RAM 1500 2011-2018
RAM 1500 CLASSIC 2019-2022
RAM DAKOTA 2011

So RAM 1500 from 2009-2022. Should be fairly easy to find those from a wrecker. Looks like they are TRW OEM parts.

But it's the J8 brackets that are going to be an issue.

And then aftermarket 332mm 'Jet' rotors. Easy.
And might as well go custom braided brake lines whilst I'm at it.
