Well it seems to be the plug itself as it has all those notch points when tightening up and I think the idea being that once tight it should not unwind. Mine has stopped dripping but I was more treating it with kid gloves being plastic on plastic, but after watching a few vids, it appears it can take torquing without stripping. Mine started leaking after taking a gentle but prolong pounding on the Stresleki track. Checked out the other vehicles with ZF and at least its not common. But a potential point to tighten on the rare occassion.
