I replaced mine at 90thou with the Bendix 4wd ones. They do the trick, but I reckon they're a bit noisier than the stock pads, and also don't think I'll get the same life out of them.
If I have to replace them again, I think I'll grab the Mopar replacements. From what I recall, they're pretty reasonably priced too.
