I also should have added that the hydraulic fan does not ramp up to full speed until the coolant is at 106 degrees. It starts the ramp-up in the mid-to-high nineties (cannot recall the exact number). I have tweaked mine to be full speed at 103 degrees.
My point is that 100 degrees isn't necessarily a problem. I have learned not to get concerned until I see ~105 degrees.
