Have done about 6-8 ignition cycles in the past two days both short and long drives and the CEL hasn’t come back so far. Everything seems to be smooth from feel.
Let’s see maybe like Drover mentioned it could have been in the middle of a burn or needed some extended driving to clear the sensor a bit from a build up. Plus the ECU needs few drives to reset too.
