I'd have a look because your AC is loaded with a refrigerant R 134 which is compressed to form a liquid, only holds a small amount measured in grams and if it leaks it vapourizes, doesn't run all over the place, leaves a small greasy patch as there is a small amount of oil included to keep moving parts from seizing up, certainly not a pool like your photo....
Good look at that pic, it does look like a wet patch above the drain plug so the leak could be in the side tank of the radiator or the upper rad hose is weeping, sounds most likely to be a dodgy clamp..........
If you have red coolant then I'm totally stuffed as to what it may be unless you have green windscreen washer fluid.
