Have you tried putting a bit of weight in it? A couple of pieces of railway line, a bag of cement or wet sand will lower it.
If they only have to measure the height, They may not notice a few heavy items on the front floor. If they are measuring the height above the ground, not the hub to wheel arch, you could lower the tyre pressure.
